Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery takes 12-15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, size, weight, and number of items in your order. To calculate your exact shipping charges, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display your total costs.

Delivery Timeframe:

On average, orders are produced and shipped from our facility within 7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply:

  •  12-15 business days (depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout).

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this code to track your order online at any time.

Delivery Method & Signature Policy

  • Orders below $1,000 USD will be delivered to the provided address without requiring a signature.

  • Orders of $1,000 USD or more will require a signature upon delivery for security and fraud prevention.

  • If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.

Proof of Delivery:

We will provide proof of delivery upon request. However, if a parcel is lost or stolen after delivery, we will not be responsible and cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Dispute & Resolution Policy

  • No disputes will be accepted before delivery is confirmed by the tracking provider.

  • Issues must be reported within 2 days of confirmed delivery by emailing support@derulomerch.com.

  • We strive to resolve all legitimate concerns fairly and promptly. Failure to follow the proper dispute process may result in denial of claims.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, notify us at support@derulomerch.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Derulo Merch is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Customers should actively monitor tracking updates and coordinate with their local post office if marked “delivered” but not received.

  • We ship globally from multiple fulfillment centers.

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs procedures, weather, or regional carrier issues.

  • For packages marked as “delivered” but not received, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • During peak holiday seasons, please allow for additional time beyond standard estimates.
